Jim Cordova Then
Jim Cordova was born in 1951 in Los Angeles, California. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16, and quickly developed a reputation for his incredible muscularity. In 1971, he won the Mr. Los Angeles Teenager title, and in 1972, he won the Mr. California Teenager title. Cordova turned pro in 1973 and competed in the IFBB Mr. Olympia competition from 1974 to 1986. His best placing was 6th in 1977. Cordova also competed in the World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships, winning the title in 1973 and 1974.
In addition to his bodybuilding career, Cordova also worked as a personal trainer and a model. He has appeared in numerous magazines, including Muscle & Fitness, Ironman, and Flex. Cordova has also written several books on bodybuilding, including “The Cordova System” and “The Complete Guide to Bodybuilding.”
Cordova is married to his wife, Karen, and they have two children. He currently lives in Los Angeles.

Jim Cordova Now

Cordova is also a strong advocate for healthy living, and he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
