Jim Badra Bodybuilder Then And Now

Jim Badra Then

Jim Badra was born on April 5, 1961, in Greece. He immigrated to the United States with his family when he was a young child. Badra began lifting weights in high school and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. He competed in his first bodybuilding competition in 1994 and won the overall title.

Badra continued to compete in bodybuilding competitions throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. He won numerous titles, including the NPC National Bodybuilding Championships in 2001 and the IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships in 2002. Badra retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2004.

After retiring from competition, Badra began working as a personal trainer and fitness model. He has also appeared in several fitness magazines and has written several books on bodybuilding and fitness.

Badra is married and has two children. He currently resides in California.

Badra is currently working as a personal trainer and fitness model. He is also a motivational speaker and has appeared on several television shows and podcasts. Badra is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and continues to inspire people around the world.
