Bobby Pandour was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, in 1876. He started lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 1984, he won the Teenage Mr. America competition, and in 1986, he won the Mr. USA competition. In 1987, he made his professional bodybuilding debut at the Mr. Olympia competition, where he placed 15th.

Pandour continued to compete in bodybuilding competitions throughout the 1990s, and he achieved several notable accomplishments. In 1992, he won the Arnold Classic competition, and in 1993, he won the Mr. Olympia competition. He was the first bodybuilder to win both the Arnold Classic and the Mr. Olympia in the same year.

Pandour retired from bodybuilding in 2000, and he has since worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist. He is also the author of several books on bodybuilding and fitness.
