Guy Cisternino was born on July 10, 1968, in Brooklyn, New York. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16, and quickly rose through the ranks of the sport. Cisternino won his first major title, the NPC Junior Nationals, in 1988. He went on to win the NPC Nationals in 1990 and 1991, and the IFBB World Championships in 1992. Cisternino retired from competitive bodybuilding in 1993.
Cisternino is married to his wife, Lisa. They have two children, a son and a daughter.

Life History
Cisternino was born into a working-class family in Brooklyn, New York. He was the youngest of four children. Cisternino’s father was a truck driver, and his mother was a homemaker. Cisternino began working out at a young age, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. He began competing in bodybuilding competitions in his late teens, and quickly rose through the ranks of the sport.
Cisternino retired from competitive bodybuilding in 1993, but he has remained active in the sport. He currently works as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Cisternino is also a regular contributor to bodybuilding magazines and websites.

Cisternino is now 53 years old, and he is still in great shape. He continues to work out regularly, and he follows a healthy diet. Cisternino is also an active member of the bodybuilding community. He is a regular attendee of bodybuilding events, and he is always willing to share his knowledge and experience with others.
