Cody Montgomery was born in 1989 in California. He began lifting weights at a young age and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding.

In 2011, he entered his first bodybuilding competition and won the NPC California State Championships.

He went on to win several more NPC competitions and qualified for the IFBB Professional League in 2014.

As an IFBB pro, Montgomery has competed in some of the biggest bodybuilding shows in the world, including the Mr. Olympia and the Arnold Classic.

He has placed in the top 10 of both of these prestigious competitions.

Life History

Cody Montgomery is married to his wife, Jessica. They have two children. Montgomery is a devout Christian and is actively involved in his church.

He is also a successful businessman and owns several gyms in California.
