Breon Ansley Then

Breon Ansley was born on July 26, 1977, in New York City. He began weightlifting at the age of 16, and by the time he was 20, he had already won several bodybuilding competitions. In 2001, he won the NPC National Bodybuilding Championships, and in 2003, he won the IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships. Ansley has also competed in several Mr. Olympia competitions, placing as high as 10th in 2005.

In addition to his bodybuilding career, Ansley has also worked as a personal trainer and fitness model. He has appeared in several magazines and has also been featured on television shows such as “The Biggest Loser” and “American Gladiators.” Ansley is currently the owner of his own fitness business, Breon Ansley Fitness.

Ansley is married to his wife, Jennifer, and they have two children together. He is also a Christian and is actively involved in his church.
