Suhas Khamkar was born on August 15, 1983 in Mumbai, India. He began lifting weights at the age of 15 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. In 2003, he won his first bodybuilding competition, the Mr. Mumbai Teenage Championship. He went on to win numerous other titles, including the Mr. India Overall Championship in 2007 and the Mr. Asia Overall Championship in 2009.
Khamkar’s success in bodybuilding is due in part to his genetics. He has a naturally muscular physique with wide shoulders and a narrow waist. He also has a strong work ethic and is known for his dedication to training and nutrition.
