Marc Hector Then

Marc Hector was born on March 21, 1973, in Brooklyn, New York. He began weightlifting at a young age, and by the time he was 16 years old, he was competing in bodybuilding competitions. In 1994, he won the NPC Teenage Nationals, and in 1995, he won the NPC Junior Nationals. These victories earned him a professional bodybuilding card.

In 1996, Hector made his professional debut at the Mr. Olympia, where he placed 15th. He continued to compete in the Mr. Olympia for the next several years, with his best placing being 8th in 2001. Hector also competed in other professional bodybuilding competitions, including the Arnold Classic, where he placed 2nd in 2002.

Hector retired from professional bodybuilding in 2005. He has since worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist. He is also the founder of the Marc Hector Fitness Academy, which offers online bodybuilding and fitness training.
