History
Kiyoshi Tamura was born in Japan in 1964. He began training in martial arts at a young age, and later switched to bodybuilding. He quickly made a name for himself in the bodybuilding world, winning numerous titles at both the national and international level.
Bodybuilding Career
Tamura’s bodybuilding career reached its peak in the 1990s. He won the Mr. Olympia title in 1995 and 2000, becoming the first Japanese bodybuilder to win the prestigious title.
Family Background
Tamura is married to Kyoko Tamura, and they have two children. He is also a successful businessman, and owns a chain of fitness centers in Japan.

Current Activities
Tamura is still active in the bodybuilding world, and competes in masters bodybuilding competitions. He also works as a personal trainer and nutritionist, and is a popular guest speaker at bodybuilding seminars and events.
