Johnny Fuller was born on June 1, 1962, in Los Angeles, California. He began weightlifting at the age of 15, and by the time he was 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. Fuller went on to have a successful bodybuilding career, winning the Mr. America title in 1984 and the Mr. Olympia title in 1988.

Fuller’s bodybuilding career was not without its challenges. In 1989, he was diagnosed with a heart condition that forced him to retire from competition. However, he continued to lift weights and maintain his physique. In 2004, Fuller was inducted into the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Hall of Fame.

Fuller is married to his wife, Cindy, and they have two children. He currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he owns and operates a gym.

Life History

Johnny Fuller was born to a working-class family in Los Angeles, California. He was the youngest of three children. Fuller’s father was a truck driver, and his mother was a homemaker. Fuller attended high school in Los Angeles, where he was a star athlete in football and track and field.

After graduating from high school, Fuller attended college for a year before dropping out to pursue a career in bodybuilding. He moved to Venice, California, where he trained with some of the top bodybuilders in the world, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno.

Fuller’s bodybuilding career was successful, but it was also marred by injuries and health problems. In 1989, he was diagnosed with a heart condition that forced him to retire from competition. However, he continued to lift weights and maintain his physique. In 2004, Fuller was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame.
