**Early Life and Bodybuilding Career**

Janne Virtanen was born on April 12, 1982 in the city of Lappeenranta, Finland. He began training for bodybuilding at the age of 16, and quickly made a name for himself as one of the most promising young bodybuilders in the country. In 2004, he won the Finnish National Championships, and went on to compete in the IFBB World Championships.

**Competitive History**

Virtanen has competed in numerous IFBB competitions throughout his career, including the Arnold Classic Europe, the San Marino Pro, and the Nordic Pro. He has won several titles, including the Arnold Classic Europe in 2010 and 2011, and the San Marino Pro in 2012.

**Family Background**

Virtanen is married to Laura Virtanen, and they have two children together. He is also a close friend of fellow Finnish bodybuilder Jussi Oksanen.

Virtanen is still competing in bodybuilding, and is currently ranked in the top 10 in the IFBB Pro League. He is also a successful businessman, and owns a chain of gyms in Finland.

Virtanen is a devoted husband and father, and enjoys spending time with his family when he is not training or competing. He is also an avid fan of hockey, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
