Greg Plitt entered the world on November 3, 1977, in Baltimore, Maryland. He grew up in a military family, and his father’s career took the family to various locations around the world. Plitt began lifting weights at a young age and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. He competed in his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 19 and went on to win several titles, including the NPC National Bodybuilding Championships in 2003.
After graduating from college with a degree in exercise science, Plitt moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in fitness modeling and acting. He quickly landed a contract with Wilhelmina Models and began appearing in commercials and fitness magazines. In 2006, he made his acting debut in the movie “300.” Plitt’s physique and good looks quickly made him a popular figure in the fitness industry. He was featured on the covers of numerous magazines and appeared in several television shows and movies.
In his personal life, Plitt was married to his wife, Nicole, and the couple had two children. He was also a devoted Christian and often spoke about his faith in public.
