Frank Sepe was born on December 28, 1971, in Rosedale, New York, United States. He began weightlifting at the age of 13 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. Sepe won his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 19 and went on to compete in the IFBB for over a decade. During his career, Sepe won numerous titles, including Mr. America, Mr. International, and Mr. Universe. He also competed in the Mr. Olympia competition four times, finishing as high as 6th place in 1988.

In addition to his bodybuilding career, Sepe also worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist. He has helped many people achieve their fitness goals, and he is known for his dedication to helping others. Sepe is also a motivational speaker and has inspired many people to pursue their dreams.
