Dave Palumbo Then
Dave Palumbo was born on February 6, 1964, in Brooklyn, New York. He began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 1984, he won the Teenage Mr. America competition, and in 1988, he won the NPC Nationals. Palumbo turned professional in 1990 and competed in the IFBB for several years. He was known for his massive size and strength, and he was one of the most popular bodybuilders of his era.
Palumbo retired from competitive bodybuilding in 1998 and began a successful career as a personal trainer and nutritionist. He is also a co-founder of Bio-Engineered Supplements and Nutrition (BSN), one of the most popular supplement companies in the world.

Palumbo is still an active figure in the fitness industry. He continues to train regularly and is a sought-after speaker and consultant. He is also a regular contributor to several fitness magazines. In 2019, he was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame.
Palumbo is married to Melissa Palumbo and they have two children. He currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
