Antoine Vaillant was born in France on July 28, 1987, in Canada. He began lifting weights at a young age and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 2011, he won the French National Bodybuilding Championships and earned his IFBB Pro Card. Vaillant has since competed in numerous professional bodybuilding competitions, including the Mr. Olympia. He has placed in the top 10 at the Mr. Olympia twice, in 2016 and 2017.

Vaillant is known for his impressive physique, which features a massive chest, wide shoulders, and shredded abs. He is also known for his strong work ethic and dedication to training. Vaillant trains six days a week and follows a strict diet to maintain his physique. He is a role model for many aspiring bodybuilders and has inspired people all over the world to pursue their fitness goals.

Vaillant is married to fellow bodybuilder Lauralie Chappaz. The couple has two children together. Vaillant is also a successful entrepreneur and owns his own supplement company, Vaillant Nutrition.
