Ahmad Ashkanani Then
Ahmad Ashkanani was born on December 19, 1994, in Kuwait. He began his bodybuilding journey at the age of 15, inspired by his father, who was also a bodybuilder. Ahmad quickly showed promise, winning his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 17.
In 2011, Ahmad won the Mr. Kuwait title, and in 2012, he represented Kuwait at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation (WBPF) World Championships, where he placed 5th. In 2015, he competed in the Mr. Olympia competition for the first time, placing 15th.
Ahmad is married to Sarah Masoud, and the couple has two children. He is also the founder of the Ashkanani Fitness Academy, where he trains aspiring bodybuilders.
