Aaron Baker was born on November 11, 1960, in California, USA. He began lifting weights at the age of 15, and by the age of 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. In 2001, Baker won the NPC USA Championships and earned his IFBB Pro Card.

Baker made his IFBB Pro debut at the 2002 Arnold Classic, where he placed 13th. He continued to compete in various bodybuilding competitions throughout the 2000s, with his best placing being 4th at the 2009 Mr. Olympia.

Baker is known for his massive size and strength. He is also known for his dedication to training and his strict diet. Baker has a family with three children. He is also a successful businessman, owning several fitness-related businesses.
