Raymond Routledge Then

Raymond Routledge was born in 1962 in Kingston, Jamaica. He began lifting weights at a young age, and quickly developed a passion for the sport of bodybuilding. In 1984, he moved to the United States to pursue his bodybuilding career. He quickly became one of the top amateur bodybuilders in the country, and in 1988, he turned pro.

Routledge competed in his first Mr. Olympia in 1990, and placed 15th. He continued to compete in the Mr. Olympia for the next several years, with his best placing being 6th in 1995. Routledge also competed in other bodybuilding competitions, including the Arnold Classic, the Night of Champions, and the Grand Prix England. He won the Night of Champions in 1994, and the Grand Prix England in 1995.

Routledge retired from bodybuilding in 2000. He has since worked as a personal trainer and a fitness consultant. He is also the author of several books on bodybuilding.

Routledge is married and has two children. He lives in California.

Raymond Routledge Now
