Charles Glass Then
Charles Glass was born on October 10, 1960, in New York City. He began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding.
By the age of 18, he had won several local bodybuilding competitions.
In 1980, he placed second in the Mr. America competition. The following year, he won the Mr. Universe competition.
Glass’s bodybuilding career was cut short in 1983 when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. He underwent surgery and chemotherapy and was eventually declared cancer-free.
However, the cancer had taken a toll on his body, and he was forced to retire from competitive bodybuilding.
After retiring from bodybuilding, Glass worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist. He also wrote several books on bodybuilding and fitness.
In 2000, he was inducted into the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Hall of Fame.

Glass is now 62 years old and still lives in New York City. He continues to work as a personal trainer and nutritionist, and he is also a motivational speaker.
He is an inspiration to many people, and his story is a reminder that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
