Chris Dickerson Then
Chris Dickerson was born on August 25, 1939, in Montgomery, Alabama. His father is an African American Preacher and his mother is a White American.
Dickerson began weight training at the age of 16, and by the time he was 20, he had won his first bodybuilding competition.
In 1964, he turned professional, and in 1970, he won his first Mr. Olympia title.
Dickerson was known for his balanced physique, which was characterized by wide shoulders, a narrow waist, and large legs.
He was also known for his signature pose, the “Chris Dickerson Pose,” which involved standing with his feet shoulder-width apart, his knees slightly bent, and his arms raised overhead, with his hands clasped together.
Dickerson retired from bodybuilding in 1994, and he died on December 23, 2021, at the age of 82.

Life History
Dickerson was born in Montgomery, Alabama, and he grew up in a poor family.
