Zydrunas Savickas, born on July 15, 1975, in Birzai, Lithuania, is a former professional strongman and powerlifter who is widely regarded as the greatest strongman of all time. In 1998, Savickas won the Lithuanian National Powerlifting Championships in the 120 kg weight class. This victory marked the beginning of his illustrious competitive career.
