Shaun Clarida Then

Shaun Clarida was born on September 15, 1979, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He began training for bodybuilding at the age of 16 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. In 2003, he entered his first NPC competition and won the Teenage and Junior National Championships. He went on to win several more NPC titles, including the Overall National Championships in 2006.

In 2007, Clarida turned professional and joined the IFBB. He has competed in several IFBB competitions, including the Arnold Classic and the Mr. Olympia. He has placed in the top 10 in several of these competitions, including a 4th place finish at the 2010 Arnold Classic.

Clarida is known for his impressive physique and his dedication to bodybuilding. He is a role model for many aspiring bodybuilders and is considered one of the best bodybuilders in the world.
