Sangram Chougule: Then

Sangram Chougule was born on November 14, 1981, in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. He began bodybuilding at the age of 17 and quickly rose through the ranks of the sport. In 2002, he won the Mr. Maharashtra title and the following year, he won the Mr. India title. Chougule made his international debut in 2004 at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Championships, where he placed 5th in the middleweight category. He continued to compete at the world level, winning the Mr. Universe title twice, in 2009 and 2012.

Chougule has also had a successful career as an actor, appearing in several Bollywood films and television shows. He is also a fitness trainer and motivational speaker. Chougule is married to Payal Chougule and they have two children, a son and a daughter.
