Prince Fontenot Then

Prince Fontenot was born on July 22, 1986, in Lafayette, Louisiana. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and by the age of 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. Fontenot quickly rose through the ranks of competitive bodybuilding, and in 2010, he won the NPC USA Championships. This victory earned him a pro card, and he went on to compete in the IFBB Pro League. Fontenot’s best placing at the IFBB Pro League was 5th place at the 2012 Arnold Classic.

Outside of bodybuilding, Fontenot has worked as a personal trainer and a model. He has also appeared in several fitness magazines. Fontenot is married to fellow bodybuilder Candice Keene, and the couple has two children.
