Pj Braun Bodybuilder Then And Now

PJ Braun Then

PJ Braun was born on January 12, 1988, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and by the age of 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. Braun continued to compete in bodybuilding throughout his early 20s, and in 2011, he won the NPC National Bodybuilding Championships. This victory earned him his pro card, and he began competing in the IFBB Professional League.

Braun’s first IFBB competition was the 2012 Arnold Classic, where he placed 15th. He continued to compete in the IFBB throughout the 2010s, and in 2014, he won the IFBB Tampa Pro. This victory earned him a spot in the 2014 Mr. Olympia, where he placed 10th.

Braun has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Cincinnati. He is married and has two children.

Braun is still competing in the IFBB, and he is also a successful businessman. He owns a supplement company called Braun Nutrition, and he is also a partner in a gym called Braun Fitness. Braun is also a popular social media personality, and he has over 1 million followers on Instagram.
