Paul Dillet Then

Paul Dillet was born in Montreal, Canada on August 27, 1965. He began lifting weights at the age of 15, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 1986, he won the Mr. Canada title, and in 1990, he won the Mr. Universe title.

Dillet competed in his first Mr. Olympia competition in 1991, and finished in 5th place. He continued to compete in the Mr. Olympia competition for the next several years, but was never able to win the title. His best finish was 2nd place in 1993.

Dillet retired from bodybuilding in 1997. He has since worked as a personal trainer and a fitness model. He has also appeared in several movies and television shows.
