Luc Molines was born on September 24, 1971, in Narbonne, France. He started lifting weights at the age of 16, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 1991, he won the French Junior Bodybuilding Championships, and in 1993, he won the French Senior Bodybuilding Championships. In 1994, he competed in his first Mr. Olympia competition, and placed 15th. He continued to compete in the Mr. Olympia competition for the next several years, with his best placing being 6th in 2002.
Molines is known for his massive frame and his impressive muscularity. He is also known for his dedication to training and his strict diet. He has been a role model for many aspiring bodybuilders, and he continues to be one of the most respected figures in the bodybuilding community.
