Jostein Ødegård was born on May 12, 1976, in Norway. He began lifting weights at a young age and quickly discovered his passion for bodybuilding. In 1998, he won the Norwegian Junior Bodybuilding Championships and went on to compete in numerous national and international competitions.

Competitive History:

Ødegård has achieved significant success in his bodybuilding career. He is a three-time Mr. Norway winner and has also won the Mr. Olympia Masters Over 40 title twice. He has competed in the prestigious Mr. Olympia competition several times, with his best placement being 10th in 2005.
