Jon Delarosa Then

Jon Delarosa was born on September 12, 1971, in New York City. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and by the time he was 16, he was competing in local bodybuilding competitions.

In 1991, he won the NPC Teenage Nationals, and in 1993, he won the NPC Junior Nationals. Delarosa turned pro in 1994, and he quickly became one of the top bodybuilders in the world.

Delarosa is known for his massive size and his incredible conditioning. He has won numerous bodybuilding titles, including the Arnold Classic (2000, 2001, 2002) and the Mr. Olympia (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006).

Delarosa is also a successful businessman. He owns a chain of gyms and he has his own line of supplements. He is also a popular author and speaker.

Delarosa is married to his wife, Jennifer, and they have two children. He is a devout Christian, and he is actively involved in his church.
