Jochen Neffgen Then

Jochen Neffgen was born on September 16, 1972, in Germany. He began training with weights at a young age and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 1994, he won the German Junior Bodybuilding Championships. He turned professional in 1996 and has since competed in numerous national and international competitions.

Neffgen’s most notable achievements include winning the IFBB German Grand Prix in 2000, the IFBB Arnold Classic in 2002, and the IFBB Mr. Olympia in 2003. He is also a two-time winner of the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championships (2004 and 2006). Neffgen is widely considered to be one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.

Neffgen is married to fellow bodybuilder Susanne Neffgen. The couple has two children.

Jochen Neffgen Now

Neffgen retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2009. He currently works as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. He also owns a supplement company called Neffgen Nutrition. Neffgen is considered to be one of the most successful bodybuilders of all time, and his legacy will continue to inspire future generations of athletes.
