Jeff Goldblum, born on October 22, 1952, in West Homestead, Pennsylvania, had a family background deeply rooted in both media and healthcare.

His mother balanced her roles as a radio broadcaster and a manager of a kitchen appliance company. 

Meanwhile, his father, who had initially trained in acting, transitioned to a career as a physician after serving in the Army during World War II. 

Following the war, Jeff’s father dedicated himself to work at a veteran’s hospital in Aspinwall, Pennsylvania, where he maintained a private practice until his passing in 1983.
