James Hollingshead was born on March 17, 1989, in the United Kingdom. He began training in bodybuilding at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. He competed in his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 18 and won the junior division.

Hollingshead’s bodybuilding career progressed rapidly. He won several amateur bodybuilding competitions and, in 2011, he turned professional.

Hollingshead’s family has always been supportive of his bodybuilding career. His parents and siblings have attended many of his competitions and helped him to stay motivated.
