Hide Yamagishi Then
Hide Yamagishi was born in Japan in 1964. He began training at a young age and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. Yamagishi competed in his first bodybuilding competition in 1985, and he quickly rose through the ranks. By 1990, he had won the Mr. Japan title, and he went on to compete in the Mr. Olympia competition in 1991. Yamagishi placed 9th in his first Mr. Olympia, but he continued to improve, and he eventually placed 5th in 1995.
In addition to his bodybuilding career, Yamagishi also worked as a personal trainer and a model. He has appeared in numerous bodybuilding magazines, and he has also written several books on bodybuilding.
Yamagishi is married and has two children. He currently lives in Japan, where he continues to train and compete in bodybuilding competitions.

Hide Yamagishi Now

Yamagishi also continues to work as a personal trainer and a model. He is a respected figure in the bodybuilding community, and he is known for his dedication to the sport.
