Hans Hopstaken Then
Hans Hopstaken was born in the Netherlands on April 14, 1960. He started bodybuilding at the age of 16 and quickly became one of the top bodybuilders in the country.
He won his first bodybuilding competition in 1981 and went on to win several more titles over the years.
In 1985, he won the Mr. Universe title, which is one of the most prestigious bodybuilding competitions in the world.
Hopstaken’s bodybuilding career was cut short in 1990 when he suffered a serious injury to his shoulder. He was forced to retire from bodybuilding and focus on other aspects of his life.
He has since become a successful businessman and has also worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist.
Hopstaken is married and has two children. He currently resides in the Netherlands.

Hans Hopstaken Now
Hopstaken is now retired from bodybuilding and focuses on his business and family life. He is still active in the fitness industry and works as a personal trainer and nutritionist.
He also gives motivational speeches and seminars on bodybuilding and fitness.
Hopstaken is a true bodybuilding legend and his legacy will continue to inspire future generations of bodybuilders.
