Clarence Ross Then
Clarence Ross was born on October 26, 1923, in Oakland, California, United States. He grew up in a small town and started lifting weights at the age of 15. Ross quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding and began competing in local bodybuilding shows.
In 2006, Ross won the NPC Teenage Nationals and turned professional the following year. He made his professional debut at the 2008 New York Pro and finished in 2nd place.
Ross continued to compete in the IFBB Pro League for several years and achieved some of his greatest successes in 2014 and 2015. He won the Arnold Classic in 2014 and the Mr. Olympia in 2015.
Ross is married to Rachel Ross and they have four children together.

Clarence Ross Now
Ross retired from professional bodybuilding in 2018. He now works as a personal trainer and motivational speaker. He also has a line of supplements and apparel.
Ross is still passionate about fitness and continues to train regularly. He is also an active member of the bodybuilding community and often attends competitions and events.
