Ben White Then
Ben White was born on 8 October 1997 in Poole, England. He began weightlifting at a young age and quickly developed a passion for the sport. In 2004, he entered his first bodybuilding competition and won first place in the novice category. This victory motivated him to continue competing, and he soon began to achieve success at the national level.
In 2007, White won the British National Bodybuilding Championships and earned his pro card. He then went on to compete in various professional bodybuilding competitions, including the Arnold Classic and the Mr. Olympia. White achieved his greatest success in 2011 when he won the NPC USA Bodybuilding Championships.
Outside of bodybuilding, White is a successful entrepreneur. He owns and operates a fitness center and a supplement company. He is also a motivational speaker and author. White is married and has two children.

Ben White Now
