Alexandre Nataf was born on March 20, 1974, in Paris, France. He began training for bodybuilding at the age of 18, and quickly developed a passion for the sport. In 1997, he won the French National Bodybuilding Championships, and the following year he placed 15th at the Mr. Olympia contest. Nataf continued to compete in bodybuilding for several years, and he achieved his best placing at the Mr. Olympia contest in 2003, when he finished 10th.

Nataf is married and has two children. He currently resides in Paris, France, where he works as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant.
