Early Life and Career
Quint Kessenich was born on June 16, 1965, in Kansas City, Missouri. He began lifting weights at an early age and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 1986, he won the Teenage Nationals and the following year, he placed second at the Junior Nationals. In 1990, he won his first professional show, the Night of Champions. Kessenich went on to win multiple professional bodybuilding competitions, including the Arnold Classic in 1998 and 1999.
Family Background
Kessenich is the son of a German father and an Irish mother. He has two older brothers and one older sister. Kessenich has been married to his wife, Melissa, since 1992. They have two children, a son and a daughter.
Competitive History
Kessenich has had a successful competitive bodybuilding career. He has won numerous professional bodybuilding competitions, including:
- Night of Champions (1990)
- Arnold Classic (1998, 1999)
- San Jose Pro (1998)
- Toronto Pro (1999)
- Grand Prix England (2000)
- Grand Prix Germany (2001)
Kessenich retired from professional bodybuilding in 2004. He has since worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist.
Quint Kessenich Now
Kessenich is now retired from professional bodybuilding and has transitioned into a successful career as a coach and mentor. He is also the owner of Kessenich Fitness, a gym in Kansas City, Missouri. Kessenich continues to stay active in the bodybuilding community and is a regular attendee at bodybuilding competitions.
