Craig Golias was born on May 12, 1988, in New Jersey, USA. He began lifting weights at a young age and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding and powerlifting. Golias made his bodybuilding debut in 2010 and quickly rose through the ranks, winning several regional and national titles.
Competitive History
Golias has competed in various bodybuilding competitions, including the NPC Nationals, the IFBB North American Championships, and the Mr. Olympia. He has won the NPC Nationals twice (2014 and 2015) and the IFBB North American Championships once (2016). Golias has also competed in several powerlifting competitions, including the USAPL National Championships and the IPF World Championships. He has won the USAPL National Championships twice (2017 and 2018) and the IPF World Championships once (2019).
Life History
Golias is married to fellow bodybuilder Ashley Golias. The couple has two children together. Golias is also the owner of his own gym, Golias Strength and Conditioning, where he trains clients and prepares for his competitions.
