Phil Bane Then
Phil Bane was born on October 28, 1975, in New York City. He began weightlifting at the age of 13, and by the time he was 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. Bane went on to win numerous other bodybuilding titles, including the Mr. America title in 2003 and the Mr. Olympia title in 2008. He retired from bodybuilding in 2010.
Bane is married to fitness model and personal trainer Amirah Dyme. They have two children together.
