Kevin Levrone was born on July 16, 1964, in Baltimore, Maryland. He began weightlifting at the age of 16 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. Levrone entered his first bodybuilding competition in 1988 and won the NPC Teenage Nationals. He turned professional in 1991 and quickly became one of the top bodybuilders in the world.
Levrone’s competitive history is impressive. He won the Arnold Classic in 1996 and 1997, and he placed second in the Mr. Olympia competition four times. Levrone is also known for his signature poses, which include the “Levrone Lean” and the “Crab.”
